Understanding Your Orgnyz Dashboard

Once you finish onboarding, you’ll land on the main Orgnyz home screen (Orders). This is where you will spend most of your time managing your restaurant operations.


Header Navigation

The header is divided into three sections:



  • Left: A button to expand or collapse the left navigation menu.

  • Center:

    • Table: Shows the number of active dine-in table orders.

    • Delivery: Shows the number of active delivery orders.

    • Takeaway: Shows the number of active takeaway orders.

    • Advance Order: Manage advance orders (coming soon).

    • Table Reservations: Manage reservations (coming soon).

  • Right: A Help button to access the support portal where you can search for articles or submit a ticket.


Left Navigation Menu

The left navigation menu gives you quick access to everything in Orgnyz. It has three main items:


  1. Orders
    Takes you back to the main Orders screen from anywhere in the app.

  2. History
    View and search past orders, payments, and completed transactions.

  3. Settings
    Expanding Settings reveals the following subcategories:

    • Restaurant Details: Update your restaurant name, type, and address.

    • Hours: Change your opening hours any time.

    • Tables: Add, remove, or edit floors and tables.

    • Menu: Add new items, edit existing ones, or adjust prices.

    • Other Settings: Additional restaurant preferences and configurations.

    4. At the bottom of the navigation menu, you’ll also find a Logout button to safely exit your Orgnyz account.
