Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? Here is exactly what to do from the login screen:

Step 1: On the Login Screen
Look just below the Password field on the right side. You will see a small blue link labeled Forgot your Password?. This is what you need to click to reset your password.

Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”
Click the link. A new screen will open asking for your email.

Step 3: Enter Your Email
Type the email address you used to create your account, then click Submit.

Step 4: Check Your Inbox
Open the email from Orgnyz and click the password reset link.

Step 5: Set Your New Password
Enter a new password following the same password requirements shown on the Create Account form (uppercase, lowercase, number, special character, 8 characters minimum). You can use the eye icon to view what you type if needed, then click Save.

Step 6: You are ready Log In again
You will be redirected to the login screen. Enter your email and new password, then click Login.

If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request another link from the login page.
