How to Take an Order

Taking an order in Orgnyz is simple. Whether it’s a dine-in, takeaway, or delivery, follow these steps:

1. Click on Orders from the sidebar

2. Tap New Order

3. Select the table or counter (like Table 3)

4. Click on the items your customer wants to order

5. Add quantity or notes if needed (like "Extra spicy")

6. Click Send to Kitchen to print the KOT and start cooking

How to Edit an Order?

Need to make changes to an order that’s already placed? No problem. Here's what to do:

1. Go to Active Orders under Orders

2. Click on the order you want to change

3. You can add or remove items, or change quantity

4. Click Update Order to save changes

How to Move or Merge Orders?

Sometimes customers switch tables, or multiple orders need to be combined. Here’s how you can manage that:

1. To move: Open the order, click Move Table, choose the new table

2. To merge: Select both tables, then click Merge Orders
